First and foremost. I actually underlined the big part of this that I needed to address more then anything. “I’ll see yo ass up in the streets” reminded me of the imfamous beef between the eastside and westside chedda boyz back in the early 2000’s in Detroit. For those who don’t know. The Chedda Boyz were a giant rap click in Detroit that collaborated with some very big names not just in Michigan [Esham and the late MC Breed to name a few], but also some big major label artists [like Eminem, Big Tymers, Mannie Fresh, lil Jon]. Well long story short something happend and members started beefing. It caused their eventful deal with Cash Money to go “kaput” and the fued ended in gunfire on the streets of Detroit [as most rap beefs end it seems]. It was this event that inspired the late Proof of D12 to take a note from Snoop Dogg’s successful wast coast rap conference, and did one just for Detroit which just like the west coast one, was created to end and settle every and any beef’s and fueds any and everybody in the Detroit area had at the time…. By twiztid using this line, ether they’ve accepted that after this song comes out that their lives could end at any moment [as how high profile rap beefs end as I’ve said once or twice before], or they’re the dumbest fuckin’ lyricists in the history of a battle rap.

As for the content, I was more interested in Mono’s verse than Madrox’s. He says, “Middle fingers to everyone in between,” which really struck me. What is “in between” anyway? They spent so much time saying that they weren’t making anyone choose a side, but that line kinda sounds like a “if you’re not with us then you’re against us” kind of thing.

Like this was between twiztid and icp, not these local rappers or underground rappers that put in their 2 cents and continue to assume things when they don’t know the whole story.

The overarching beef did not.  But J and Jumpsteady called him out by name when talking about the perceived sheep mentality of the other MNE artists not participating in the march.  It’s the same video where they made the “Little Hitler” comment and talked about physically assaulting Jamie and Paul.  That’s why G-Mo got upset and dissed J iirc.  

Huh, that I didn’t know. Well then it totally wouldn’t count him if J and Jumpsteady were dragging him into it.
