Twiztid-Shop order arriving damaged. No response from them. Anyone else have this problem recently?

I recently purchased a sterling silver Twiztid charm and when it arrived it was damaged. After contacting Twiztid-Shop online, I was initially given a case number, and was told that the jeweler made a mistake and mailed out the boxes the charms were in without a top foam cover. They suggested two options: exchange the charm at a Twiztid concert, or swap the charm out via mail. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to attend a recent Twiztid show, which left the only option mailing back the damaged charm. Problem is, I’ve tried to contact them every way possible since 4/13 to get a return label/update this case and have heard nothing in response. [email protected], contact us via Twiztid-Shop, a phone message at Twiztid-Shop, etc. Nothing. Anyone else having issues contacting anyone at Twiztid-Shop recently, or receiving damaged charms? I’m now sitting on a beat up $150 charm, and getting pissed. Ironically, this was my first Twiztid-Shop order.

If I were you, I would have hit the show to deal with your 150$ problem in person.

They gave you the option to handle it face to face, or mail it back for an exchange. It’s not like they didn’t try and help.

You are just being demanding and creating a hassle by trying to hit them up for a return envelope and free postage to mail it back.

If you want to deal with it through mail, send it registered and document the whole packing and mailing process on camera before you ship it. You can get insurance for a few dollars extra to cover the cost of the ring, should something go wrong in the mail. Just keep your receipt from Twiztid Shop that shows the value of the item.

Or you could hit up Majik Ninja/George on social media to ask for help.

Might cost you about 20 bucks in total to ship it back insured, at least your problem will be dealt with, and I bet they hook you up with extra flavor when they mail back your replacement.

I don’t think expecting them to pay for the return shipping is being demanding. I bought an item from them, paid for shipping as well, and when it arrived it was damaged. I shouldn’t have to pay, again, for them to correct their mistake. You’re saying you would be fine with that? As far as swapping the item at a show, I bought tickets to the 4/21 show but couldn’t make it due to a family emergency. I’m not going to fly out to a different show to swap the damn charm. The bottom line is they could at least get back to me and tell me what to do from here. Ignoring me isn’t fixing the problem.

I’ve had 2 damaged items from them in the past 3 years.  Call them twice a day until a human answers the phone.  I left a message one time and talked to one of their merch people the other time, and they corrected both orders, neither of which was their fault that it got damaged.  On a third occasion, I ordered something that was out of stock and they weren’t planning to restock, so they called me and offered me store credit which I accepted.

You said you left a message, but I would keep calling them.  Voicemails tend to get buried pretty quickly if you are getting a significant amount of calls.  Worst case scenario, file a paypal claim.
