Anyone else upset with twiztid shop ? I’ve tried contacting customer service multiple times I haven’t recieved any tracking numbers for 3 orders and im trying to get my items before the cd release show here in los angeles. Help ! Anyone know anybody out there that can help me get in touch with live real people. I have better luck calling god and requesting a refund on my life then I do anybody at twiztid shop

I wouldn’t shop there. I want some of the CD’s, but they are overpriced when the shipping is added. Luckily, MNE releases their big releases to stores nationwide, so I order them from bullmoose.com for cheap, brand new with no tax.

Never had a problem with their customer service dept, but havent had to use in a while so idk…

Also, never had an issue with receiving tracking info.

Typically, they don’t ship their pre-orders till release day though so I don’t suspect the new LP will come any earlier. I’d like to be wrong, but it’s something I’ve yet to see from TS.

I assume you’re talking about other merch though OP? When did u place the order?

Ive never had any issue with TS, but the times Ive asked questions in email and on Twitter they reply pretty quickly. I even called one time to ask them a question and they actually answered the phone, unlike HG…
