I'm not saying to change the music at all, lets face it they're getting old and their fan base isn't exactly growing. I know it's been their look for a long time but even the hoodie and contact look made them look different and independent to ICP. They only did the paint to be accepted by Juggalos in the first place, now if ICP took their paint off that would be a different story... they actually are ment to be clowns. Twizitd look cooler as gothic vampires over pandas (and whatever abomination the Man's Myth era was ment to be), just look at the og Mostasteless cover or the purple posters with lightning from that era

Tech's subject matter has changed though, compare Anghellic to now...  fuck the industry movement  to Lil Wayne and T Pain. Doing songs with other well known artists and doing party tracks is expanding his fan base. Plus no more spiked red hair,  he softened his image to cater to the regular hip hop audience. And the times they do (hiphopdx.com interview) they look like a joke to anyone seeing them for the first time. Fair enough if they're doing Fright Fest, The Gathering or anything that will attract Juggalos but the rest of the world won't give them a serious chance.

My opinion on this is simple if Twiztid wants to remove the face paint so be it. Unfortunately like most other white rappers they will never be full accepted or respected in the Rap/Hip Hop world period.

It is funny that you and people like you were not talking all this shit about Twiztid until they left Psychopathic. The facebook fans is a void point because Twiztid has only had their page for a year tops. Were as ICP has had theirs a lot long.

Obviously ICP is an example of a successful facepainted group but when you're in your 40s, been rapping for 20 odd years and are still compared to the people you're trying to distance yourself from what is there to lose? They would have lost a heap of fans who jumped on the Fuck Twiztid bandwagon when they left Psychoapthic and A New Nightmare wouldn't have brought in many if any. At least they got a heap of guests to try and get exposure. And like someone said earlier around The Green Book when they only had green hair and contacts, got E-40, Tech and Layzie Bone, stopped saying Juggalo and almost left to do Majik Records they had the right idea to stop being labeled as ICP jrs.
