I had the privilege of seeing the show in both Fort Worth, TX and Austin. Had a great time at both, though I felt that for Friday and Saturday night shows, they were extremely light. This is MOSTASTELESS! A legendary underground album! I also noticed that quite a few people didn't know the words to many of the tracks...or maybe they were just letting Monoxide and Madrox do what they do. I mean it IS a 20 year old album...probably older than about 1/3 of those who were in attendance.
Don't get me wrong, I had a fantastic time, and everyone I met at both shows were the shit!
The after party for Fort Worth saw about half of the crowd stick around. Austin, I swear, had like 20 people there. You get to hear Triple Threat's "R.I.P.", "Triple Threat", and one other classic Triple Threat track that for whatever reason escapes me right now. Then there's the Psychopathic Rydas tracks "Duk Da Fuk Down", "Dumpin'" and Lotus tracks including "Juggalo Family". Twiztid and Blaze's after party set is only about 25-30 minutes, but still worth the $10 price of admission if you ask me.
Don't ask social media Juggalos watching the live streams though...they want Jamie and Paul's heads on sticks for performing Rydas and Lotus tracks without ICP.

What I REALLY want to know is whether or not the 10/30 Detroit show is going to be a Mostasteless setlist or if it's going to be a Fright Fest setlist?
I swear, if we get the bone on the Mostasteless show here in Detroit I am going to be pissed. They do all these special, one off shows everywhere else but here. I know Fright Fest is technically considered one of their more "rare" shows but they're really not all that different from a regular show aside from a darker setlist usually. I want that OG Mostasteless shit.

Well, shit. Make a ninja feel all self-conscious n'shit!
I'll be straight-up and admit I don't know a LOT of the words to a BUNCH of OG shit and I always feel awkward as hell when I FULLY KNOW the damn song but not more than the chorus...
If a song isn't something I bump all the time or hasn't been drilled into my head all the damn time... There's plenty of hip-hop I just can't lyrically keep up with it all. Sentences versus paragraphs and a 'shot-glass memory'.
So gimmie some advice for when I see this show on the 3rd....
Where should I be standing?
Obviously not up front, heh.
As an aside, I too think it feels real... weird/strange/uncomfortable listening to these tracks after the cutting of "The Cord".
That's okay, though! Like I said before, SUPPORT BLAZE YA DEAD HOMIE!!!!
I'll pay to see Twiztid if it also means showing Blaze luv gettin' stuck in the middle of other people's bullshit!

They have been advertising it as a Mostasteless show.. so, expect a Mostasteless show.
The things that threw me off were that the ticket came as a Fright Fest ticket and that, at least on Instagram, they are advertising it like it's a Fright Fest show. They make no mention of Mostasteless aside from using the OG Twiztid logo that they used from that era. If Scottie D says it'll be a Mosty show though, that's good enough for me.

I'm not sitting there judging people man...I just found it weird that many were sitting there nodding their heads to the music instead of singing along with it. I admit that I haven't had the chance in recent years to fully wrap my head around many albums as I used to back in the day. So when ANYONE performs tracks that have dropped within the past 5 years or so, I usually know enough to sing along to the chorus.
I didn't intend for this to be taken the way you are taking it homie. Stand wherever you want...on the rail, whatever. You'll have a great time regardless! Let me know what you think of the show tomorrow!
PS: I too am a huge Blaze mark. Wish his set was longer than 20 minutes...

Haha, my dude! I'm laughing at MYSELF for being EXACTLY who you're talking about but knowing that no performer wants to look out at the mafka they can see in the back not responding like the ones in the front!
I get it and I AGREE! While totally being "one of those".
No one wants to catch eyes with a performer on-stage and feel like they aren't feelin' it like they should'a been "in that moment"!
#fanboyshit
I've been to EVERY FrightFest since they started coming back to this area... but that was before "The Cutting".
I'll be "people watching" to be sure.

After party was definitely worth it. I was rapping word for word on all three Twiz/Blaze/Triple sets. openers weren't my thing unlike the last tours boasting the whole MNE roster....I think we'll start seeing this more as these legacy album tours happen. I believe there's a new batch of fans who started jamming this scenes music 2010-present and they're going to these shows to do their hw and will be like "this is the classic stuff? I like heartbroken/homicidal more"
*Sidenote* I love seeing all the throwback shirts from 10-20 years ago ppl are pulling out the closet to wear to these throwback shows.

Ya dope replacement to be sure.
Of course my outta-control ass was set on drinking a certain amount of tall cans before I left my crib, so I managed to just miss R.O.C's performance. From what I heard it was dope.
I walked in on Whitney Peyton's set.
Getting my pre-drink on right now for the Necro/Madchild show here in Toronto tonight. Madchild's on at 10pm, Necro/Mr.Hyde go on at 11.
Will upload and post Mostasteless merch booth photos here in a sec.
