I think deep down he just wants to sing like a free canary.
It's okay to elongate once in a while for emphasis on a particularly meaningful lyric or chorus... but every other line?? He may be mentally challenged in some way.

Frightfest last year was the best set list i've seen them do.. but the worst performance. I thought I could even see Madrox getting aggrivated at it. I wasn't ever gonna go to one of their tours again... but they got mac lethal on the east coast...
Seriously tho he will ruin a serious song, and somehow make a goofy song too fuckin goofy.

That fucking sound is like nails on a chalkboard. I remember seeing them on the Green Book tour back in the day and he did that shit. You can tell he thinks it's cool too. Like, he's actually proud of that noise. Even back then before I was a "hater" towards them it would bother the shit out of me.
Calling it "yodeling" is pretty good but not as good as "like a free canary" and reading "Croonoxide Child" made me literally "lol".

I've seen Twiztid approximately 7 times, not including Dark Lotus and Rydas, et al... and I don't recall him yodeling much during those occasions. Maybe this is a recent development.
Maybe around the time of the "For Tha Fam" EP, when he was hospitalized for recurrent panic attacks, was when he started to change his musical approach. Perhaps he was prescribed an experimental anti-depressant....?

I guess I just don't think it's that prominent. Like in Nosferatu it got bad, but if he had done it a couple time I think it could sound really good. Besides that I thought his delivery and energy were great.

1.) I cannot recollect why I put this in the GOTJ section, so a move to Majik is in order. I could pull something out of my ass, but it wouldn't be genuine... most of the stuff I pull out of there is genuine.
2.) The meet n greet idea is fucking hilarious. I wonder how long it would take him to realize what exactly is being lampooned. He could be in a pissy mood for up to a month before it dawns on him. Will it get him to switch up his performance style? Big things are happening, guys, big things.... lol

No lie, I love it. I think it's hilarious.
Oderus from GWAR would do the same thing a good portion of the time, sometimes he wouldn't even say actual words though and just babble and grunt, that was always my favorite shit he did.
I think it makes it a bit more interesting and adds a little something that can only be seen live but I can see how one might get annoyed. I also really like Paul so, I'm maybe I'm kinda biased.
