So I was gonna just not do this but then I thought that it might be a bit selfish of me not to. I didn’t know whether to post this in MNE or Horrorcore but since Lex ended up being the main headliner at the show I decided MNE.

We got there pretty early so we got to chill with Lex and Scum and many of the artists in the parking lot before the doors even opened which was pretty cool. Lex and Scum both were very approachable. Lex even talked to me and a buddy for about 30 minutes that night just bullshitting around and life in general which was pretty cool. One thing I did learn is Lex doesn’t like pictures without his pain on a guy learned that mistake at the show when Lex kindly told him not to. This really isn’t surprising from an artist though. Lex was even willing to personalize an 8×11 for me which was pretty sweet in my opinion since now after listening to Contact several times I believe he is the easily one of the best things going for MNE.

Anyways the show started nearly an hour late because the venue had the wrong set up and everything so the artists and promoters had to help them set it up and fix their sound system which was pretty unprofessional by the venue.

There were a lot of normal Dallas/Ft.Worth local artists there some good and some still working on their craft but overall they did well enough to keep the people hyped even though the show was probably only 70 at peak and by the end of the night 40 tops.

When Spazzaveli got on I guess everyone went to get drinks or something because I swear I saw only about 5 people on that floor. Although the whole night the floor was pretty much the pit because it was a small floor maybe 10×10. Most people were in chairs, the second room or up on the balcony.

When Gravedogg (who I got to talk with a while also and is cool as shit) got on people started filing back in getting ready for Scum and Lex. Claas and Dnice also put on a pretty good set after Gravedogg.

When Scum got on the pit was insane. A group got had already got kicked out and people were getting knocked on their ass left and right. When Lex got on the pit was a little lighter I think everyone was tired but he put on a badass set himself even doing some tour exclusive shit. Anyways that is the gist of it here are some pics.
