Ok so i know KFV isn't on MNE but god damn his new album track list and cover was released and it looks sick, he has the entire Majik Ninja roster on the record including even ROC. He's got some other great collabs from 3 Strange Music Artists as well as a Dead Girls Don't Say No part 2 featuring Blaze. Is this a sign that he's signing? or is he still staying independent? either way he's killing it right now and proving to be a real power house, it's nice to see guys out there really doing it without the big investment money...

I thought he was on Mars lable.

And i guess it wasn't cheap to get those guys on there. So that is a big investment.

I dont know or think he would be asked on Majik ninja. If he did im sure he would do a good job. But i dont see how that would help either of them. Just that first release. Then i tnink it would go to that same old "i just got signed for them to take half my money" shit. Maybe lable could pay for some beats. but then again they're really only paying for the name in my opinion. When first comming out.

I guess he would sell much more merch.

I assume you're being sarcastic about KFV paying them to do collabs, thats insanity, they pay him to tour why would he pay them to collab. from what iv'e seen, Kung Fu Vampire is a super intelligent and genuine guy who would do better with his money than pay for MNE collabs. He's got brotha Lynch hung, ces cru, mayday, locksmith and a bunch of other amazing MC's that he's know to roll with. Nothing towrd you directly but It amazes me what peoples percetion of who's bigger than who in the underground. I bet Kungfu makes more money than all the artists on that label except for Twiztid. those are his homies, and they feature him on their albums so i garauntee he got those features 100% for free.  As for signing, i hope he doesn't, he's coming up fast on his own by himself with zero label support. He's headlining canada right now.

much love!

Naw i think u misunderstood me. On moooooost things.

I do thi k he paid for those collabs. I always took it as "ur coming to me, u pay me."

Like brotha lynch forsure got cashed out. How much i dont know. He dont play.

MNE artists for sure got cashed out! Im sure thats how it works dude if not well please explain.

I dont think twiztid was all like "plz lets us all be on that shit." naw u dont have to pay us. I dont care how close people are. Thats money baby.

And i agree he would loose money being with them. But not on that first release. The hype and promotion and what not.

I also think he would do well on His own and is gaining momentum.

Oh yeah for sure ces cru got cashed out.

The only one on strange that wouldnt get cashed out for a verse is darrian saphron or whatever his. name is.

I know u dont always get cashed out and its a give and take but im sure MNE is the one taking.

Tbis is a perfect time for someone who was or is part of the music biz to chime in.

He paid for the collabs. MNE is not going to do anything for free. (Ask Psychopathic)

He's got brotha Lynch hung, ces cru, mayday, locksmith and a bunch of other amazing MC's that he's know to roll with. Nothing towrd you directly but It amazes me what peoples percetion of who's bigger than who in the underground.

What does it matter who he rolls with? More people know MNE artists than KFV.

I bet Kungfu makes more money than all the artists on that label except for Twiztid.

Making so much money he had to ask fans to fund his Canadian tour with Twiztid.

those are his homies, and they feature him on their albums so i garauntee he got those features 100% for free.

Homies don't mean shit when it comes to business. Ask ICP how much they had to give Twiztid for DL, Gatherings, and Juggalo Day.

As for signing, i hope he doesn't,

agreed

He's headlining canada right now.

A lot of artists (even lesser known artists) headline Canada (see Adlib), so this is kind of a meh statement.

I don't think either of us know the truth and you make some ok points but I've literally heard KFV say he doesn't pay for collabs in an interview (which is why he doesn't have even bigger collabs than these) I follopw KFV religiously and all of your theories don't explain why KFV is on Blaze's single Ghost or twiztids album, if they don't consider him a homie why would they feature him like that? also, KFV didn't ask for money for canada he was asking for money to pay legal fees to help him get over which was a smart move to earn a little extra cash, he had some background stuff needing cleared (video on youtube i beleive) Also, KFV was main support for both of twiztids last tours, had a wall full of merch selling like crazy, put on an insane performance and had a sick wrapped vehicle. If indeed Twiztid and MNE are trying to "court" KFV into signing you god damn right they would hook the homie up with a verse, that aint that big of a deal. As for bringing psych into the conversation, MNE is trying NOT to follow in those greedy foot steps. I know for a fact KFV didn't pay to be on those MNE tours nor be featured on their records SOOO my theory is MNE respect KFV especially since KFV's drummer is now twiztids sound engineer becuase Kung Fu is actually good at what he does and they gave him verses because he gave them verses. I believe in my heart from what i've seen from twiztid that they respect people who are talented and they have always fucked with Kung Fu Vampire. I say we just ask Kung Fu himself, he would probably say it. and as for Lynch, they are close friends as well as ces cru. Wrekonize of Mayday and Kung Fu vampire did a CO HEADLINE together making them equals atleast in their eyes. I've made some strong valid points. Lets show respect to KungFu for being on his own and not signing with people because word is he also turned down a Psychoathic deal and Subnoize deal, ICP also brought KFV on as a support act, I think both those labels see the greatness in Kungfu, the new album will tell us more though im sure.

much love fam!

exactly. All of us are just assuming.

but I've literally heard KFV say he doesn't pay for collabs in an interview (which is why he doesn't have even bigger collabs than these)

Just because someone says something does not make it true.

I follopw KFV religiously

Let's be honest....no matter what anyone says it won't change your mind. No that I'm trying to, because honestly, whether he pays for shit or not means shit to me.

and all of your theories don't explain why KFV is on Blaze's single Ghost or twiztids album, if they don't consider him a homie why would they feature him like that?

Never said they were not homies. All I said is he paid for collabs. MNE probably paid him to be on those songs.

also, KFV didn't ask for money for canada he was asking for money to pay legal fees to help him get over which was a smart move to earn a little extra cash, he had some background stuff needing cleared (video on youtube i beleive)

Still asking for money. If we was making tons of cash he wouldn't need the help. it's a good racket to run...have other people pay for shit like this. (see Patreon) He is not the only artist to do this.

Also, KFV was main support for both of twiztids last tours, had a wall full of merch selling like crazy, put on an insane performance and had a sick wrapped vehicle.

ok, and ?

If indeed Twiztid and MNE are trying to "court" KFV into signing you god damn right they would hook the homie up with a verse, that aint that big of a deal.

maybe.... but who knows if they are trying to court him.

As for bringing psych into the conversation, MNE is trying NOT to follow in those greedy foot steps.

LOL, yeah, I'm not even going to get into this. I'd be here all week. I'll just leave it at all businesses try to make money...that's how they stay in business.

I know for a fact KFV didn't pay to be on those MNE tours nor be featured on their records SOOO

proof? If it's a fact, there is proof somewhere.

my theory is MNE respect KFV especially since KFV's drummer is now twiztids sound engineer becuase Kung Fu is actually good at what he does and they gave him verses because he gave them verses.

They probably do respect him, doesn't mean they are going to work for free. Verse for a Verse happens all the time.

Chris (KFV's drummer) is now twiztids sound engineer because he (Chris) is good at what he does.....that has nothing to do with how good KFV is.

I believe in my heart from what i've seen from twiztid that they respect people who are talented and they have always fucked with Kung Fu Vampire.

No one is telling you what to believe. We all believe what we believe.

I say we just ask Kung Fu himself, he would probably say it.

Just cause he says something doesn't mean it's true. Artists are not always truthful.

and as for Lynch, they are close friends as well as ces cru. Wrekonize of Mayday and Kung Fu vampire did a CO HEADLINE together making them equals atleast in their eyes.

How do you know what they feel or think. This is what you think.

I've made some strong valid points.

agreed, kind of.

Lets show respect to KungFu for being on his own and not signing with people

I see no disrespect being posted about KFV

because word is he also turned down a Psychoathic deal and Subnoize deal,

record deals are not needed in this day and age of the music business.

ICP also brought KFV on as a support act,

I know, i caught one of the tour stops on the Mighty Death Pop tour

I think both those labels see the greatness in Kungfu,

it's all about opinions. greatness or not...unless the label says so we truly do not know what they think.

the new album will tell us more though im sure.

indeed, I'm looking forward to hearing it.

but with all that being said, I'm done with this convo......we are just going to have to agree to disagree and believe what we want. All we are going to do is go back and forth.

ok

cool. Better to be on your own and having full control than having to go by someone else's schedule.

Aslo, i think your'e right though they probably just traded verses.

Probably, but who knows (outside of the artists). let's just hope the songs are good.

This right here. just can't get into him at all. not on features, solo or zodiac. I don't mind him on hok as much but I don't listen to his verses really, except maybe on head trauma, but even they aren't anything memorable for me

now about that kfv album, I listened to it twice and I found myself interested only in the features.. never been a fan of kfv, his voice gets annoying (more so than Madrox) and he just looks goofy. I might be able to take him a little more seriously since it looks like he grew his full beard out and doesn't look like Lo Pan from Big Trouble in Little China anymore.

Ya I'm 95% positive he straight independent on his own. I looked on Wikipedia just to see what it says. The label part says independent- mad insanity records. But then reading his history it says that he's been offered 7 record deals and has never signed one. Lol.  U never know with Wikipedia
