I did get why people use “fam kids” as a toss towards twiztid or people who are down with twiztid. It’s ICP who was always pushing this “family love”, and “juggalo love” shit. Yeah, twiztid said it too, but it was always about how PSYCHOPATHIC is family, not some like…..new nickname for their fans to get away from saying “juggalo”.
