lol my bad fam.. sean fucked me up..

but yeah hok.. idk man that monstrosity track was so different than the classic shit.. they might just be too advanced to revive it.. i think swk would be a fresher 2.0 version.. that way the classic legacy of hok can stay just that while they build another..

The sound of music has changed since then. as in the style of beat making and recording. it would be hard to master an old sound in a new era, especially seeing how there style of rap has changed aswell

I kind of see what Warlock is saying. HOK had the straight Horror Movie feel to it. Sickman and Somewhere in the Woods are the type of thing I could see them doing with HOK, but it would have to be more consistently... scary? I guess. I don't really know how to put it.

I get what your saying HOK had a different sound and times and rap have changed im saying maybe go.for a new era with HOK like pick up on the group but it might just sound like shit if they try to modernize HOK they could at least do a box set with the hok discography call it The resurrection collection or something like that a tour would be nice or maybe like a ep with a few new tracks on it I dont know im just sort of rambling and as long as they dont bring back skrapz

I love HOK. I remember bumping tracks from myspace (when it was still a thing) late in the night. Certain tracks made me feel real creepy and cool around three and four in the morning. The song Hom Sha Bom definitely brings that feeling back for me, whatever it is, it's not something all Twiztid songs have IMO. I loved how Halloweenish and old school the HOK tracks were. Heard they put out a new CD with Krazees on it. I keep forgetting to buy it but am looking forward to that, been years but I can still remember the specific feel tracks gave me then.

lol sorry to get all nostalgic in this topic, just saw the HOK title and some memories of songs came flooding back. I still want one of those orange hockey masks!! :P

That's the one. I WANT it!!

Monstrosity was also on Black Magic by Aqualeo as a bonus track. Aqualeo and ABK are both in that remix/alternate version, I take it that's the one you mean.

Both are great. I think I like the one on New Nightmare best though.

I knew someone else was on it but I couldn't remember the name but yeah original version is much better and I'd like a hord copy of Cascket Cutz to but unless you wanna spend 50 for a tape on eBay I'd say just get the cd it's like $12 on twiztid shop I'd wish they'd do a rerelease of Mr bones (Jamie's) solo album sacrifice way better than either of the phatsos in my opinion

The casket cuts tape was at the fright fest tour for 20 bucks. I picked up the cd tho cuz I got no fuckin way of listening to a tape lol. And I second that - the Mr bones solos are awesome - they should release a legit version of the "something weird" ep for sure

and now i'm gonna be performin at Juggalo Day WHUT

I DOOOOO I also want them to sell their hok CDs at the shop maybe some reprints from majik records era or new reprints shit would be dope. I'm sure they will sooner or later but I'm kinda surprised they haven't yet

Also casket cutz is fresh but it sucks too cause it's only a greatest hits btw it's their 3RD GREATEST HITS album for HOK. I did like house up on the hill since it was new to me but they might as well sell all the CDs on the site. And I love the idea of not doing HOK and doing swk instead just to keep its legacy living on. I say either bring them back or do swk I'm sure one of those will happen.

I remember twiztid saysing in the flh interview  saying the box set/ new hok/swk albums are still  in the idea process but it would be dope if they did sell the rerelease from the majik era or do new pressings  from this majik ninja era

I would let Twiztid rape my wallet for a box set of ALL House of krazees material, including the solo's and any remaining unreleased music.

If they had 2 songs to put on Casket Cutz (one on cd, one on tape) you know there's probably a few others hanging around too.
