So the answer would be to provide free education, rehabilitation and healthcare that may or may not consist of medication.

Insane Clown Posse Soda Fight Ends In Punches

An ICP fan got punched in the face by Shaggy 2 Dope after he broke the cardinal Juggalo rule: don’t waste a Juggalo’s soda.
A rep for ICP tells us the fight started when a fan wouldn’t stop chucking plastic, unopened bottles of Faygo onstage towards the band at their show a couple of weeks back.
For non-Juggalos, Faygo is a cheap, sugary, carbonated soda that’s culturally important in the Juggalo world. ICP made Faygo famous by giving fans “Faygo showers” and spraying them with their fav soda.
The rep says Shaggy felt provoked and was only trying to protect himself and his partner in rhyme, Violent J, from physical injury … so he jumped into the crowd and laid into the Faygo-thrower.
We’re told security broke it up and escorted the fan out of the venue.
No use crying over spilled Faygo.

since im bored, i went ahead and watched that.
my thoughts are as follows:
1- i wouldnt call that a drop kick. look to me like, ‘i kicked him, but then immediately fell down, because i didnt know that your foot stops upon impact with the target.’ in other words, he hasnt kicked anybody before.
2- security had all the time in the world to shut that down, but they apparently didnt fuck much a fuck. so.
3- speakin of all the time in the world… if the guy didnt wanna get into a fight, all he had to do was nod. gmo asked him like fifty times, obviously nobody was gonna hop in and stop it, so… fuck was he expecting? that it would just drag on for another hour? hes lucky gmo didnt nail him after asking twice.
when someone lays it down right in front of you like that, always answer right fuckin then, and stick to your fuckin answer, either way. otherwise, you just put yourself at more of a disadvantage.
4- there is just no fuckin way that gmo could be slapped with attempted murder for that kick. he got him fairly soft. was tryin to get him soft.
5- it need not be said that you cannot tell whatever happened beforehand, that sparked it to begin with. clearly, sumn did, though.
with that last point as a caveat, i say not a bitch move. not really.
a cheap shot, sure. but looked to me like a cheap shot might just have been called for at the time.
