-HOK split up because ROC’s ego + being manipulated by another person.

-Monoxide and Eminem were close growing up, so the Psychopathic/Shady beef put him in a weird spot. (my note: he says that Twiztid contacted Proof for the Independents Day feature and that’s how the beef was squashed, but ICP always says that Proof was the one squashing beefs and he reached out to Psychopathic. Hmm)

-Twiztid was setting up a tour with Proof the day before Proof got murdered.

-Proof wrote and recorded his “How I Live” in the studio with Twiztid.

-Monoxide’s house was shot up 8 times growing up.

-ROC says after HOK finished touring with ICP, Violent J called him and encouraged him to stick with HOK, and then asked for Paul and Jamie’s phone number. ROC says J told him he’d call him back later, and then ROC never heard from J or Twiztid for years.

-ROC: “People say that, ‘You wouldn’t be shit without ICP,’ Of course I wouldn’t! I’ll still, right now I’ll tell you, I love Joe and Joey.” (Madrox nods. Monoxide is off screen in this particular video) “I would never want to harm them or anything like that, even though I know all this shit’s going on, why? Why? That’s just absolutely idiotic.”

-Before they were Hektic and Mr. Bones, they were EXP and Big J. (my note: probably not news to some of y’all but maybe it is so fuck it).

In between all that was mostly just stories of reminiscing and it was pretty funny, but not really newsworthy.
