This video is the bomb!!

You can tell Bonez is a little rusty, but I like the look he has goin’.

Otis fuckin killed it!! I expect big things from that dude in the future.

I think the mastering of the beat could have been a little better for youtube, shit didn’t sound as crisp as other videos I bump.

Shit was whack. Crazy boring.

Bonez looks like a fucking tweaker.

I’m hype they didn’t use that faux film filter tho.

I’m glad Bonez is back in this shit. He was always my favorite in AMB, my biggest problem is Otis’s verse doesn’t sound any different than a Young Wicked verse. What’s separating this from being a “young wicked ft bonez dubb” track?

Like, You need to do something artistically to switch up your style enough as a solo artist vs being in a group, like, chainsmoker LP doesn’t sound like a twiztid album without Jamie, so when he had Jamie and ABK on Evil, it didn’t sound at all like a twiztid song with ABK on it.

Otis needs to work on that. He needs to figure out, what’s his AMB material, what is he going to write about, is he going to change up his flow, how is he going to make it distinct enough to be worth a damn? If he’s just going to be doing nothing but rapping about “haters” in every fucking song, why should anyone bother bumping young wicked instead of AMB, or vice versa?

Solid points right here.

That was pretty good.  I agree with the general consensus that Otis needs to dial it back a little bit for AMB tracks, though.  God’s Hand had a really good balance of Otis and Bonez.  Just because he can spit fast and rap circles around a lot of people doesn’t mean that he needs to on every song.  It’s one thing to kill a feature, but come on.  Since he learned from the best person at performing 75% of the vocals for a rap duo without making all of the songs sound like “J feat. Shaggy,” you’d think he would realize this.

Also, Bonez didn’t spell his name, didn’t really mention weed, and has the braids back.  His energy here was pretty good for the beat, too. But I would like to hear him go a little more aggressive on some of the Muerte tracks since we know he’s capable of it.

lol. When the chorus started, I just thought “hey wow, this time it isnt a shitty young-wicked-singing-autotune hook!” aaaaand then his shitty young-wicked-singing-autotune hook kicked in.

Leaving all drama aside, I literally hate his sniveling autotune singings, I hated it when he was on psy and I hate it now. I even hated it on MML, even though it was tolerable there. That was the reason I couldnt get into him as a solo artist, because he fucking does it on every single track and it’s always unbearable.

God why does he do it all the fucking time. God bless he’s not on ICP tracks anymore.

(Besides that, the track was okay, I guess)

this is a dope song and video in the context of AMB’s catalog..

bonez came correct and his deeper voice matches that deep bass-line perfectly.. thats probably my fav part of the song.. yw killed the hook and his verse, per usual.. this is some great hype for “Muerte”.. especially for old school AMB fans..

I at least am not sure what the term “autotune” exactly includes, thats true. ^^ but you probably know what I’m speaking of, right? (1:18 – 1:24 for instance) His voice is edited in a certain way, whether it’s called autotune or not. be productive and tell me how it’s properly called.

It’s annoying as fuck nonetheless.

haha…

it just sounds like there’s a few layers of vocals during that singing part.. maybe some slight reverb.. autotune sounds more electronic than clean.. bonez verse is probably the most electronic-esque sounding vocals on the track, imo.. but that could come from re-adjusting layered vocals.. where-as the singing sounds like they mightve been tripled with one having slight reverb..

idk how they mixed it tho.. come to think of it, i remember people saying “blood in blood out” had a bunch of autotune, when in reality, they were just singing in a similar fashion.. the only autotune i can think of on that project is the hook of “chips & dip”..

If this was on psy it would be all hate on here.

Sometimes juggalos are too predictable.

And i heard it and the beat was good bonez blew y.w. out the water but the track was mediocre.

Ay @jiffylong thats what riding waves look like.

For what it was, I thought it was dope.  Some cool shots on the video too, did anyone else immediately think of Suicide Boys on that bridge part YW did at the end??  To me it sounded just like them, I know that’s the sound people are on…I dug it.
