This song is dope, Fatal kills the 2nd verse and the song is a huge banger.  the Outlawz had a good half decade of wack music together (05-10 they sucked) but over the past few years they are hitting their primes now that Fatal is back in the crew  (he was ousted for awhile).  Pac is smiling down from Heaven at this song.
