I met Jason Mraz at a Hookah bar in Georgetown around 2003 or 2004.  He seemed like a nice dude...but im sure fame has changed him.  

Came across a cheap copy of the Pure Heroine cd and copped it.

Definitely like this chicks music more than a lot of other mainstream shit.

Expected to hate it, but now I'm admittedly a fan.

just because you don't find her attractive doesn't mean she ain't attractive. She is in demand precisely because she is attractive. 

I've never seen her be any more mouthy, obnoxious, rude, or mean spirited than any male rapper. 

I don't care for her music but when it comes to skill levels, she's one of the best in terms of technical skill in the mainstream. Dude or chick. And she, like ICP, puts positive shit in her tunes for her fans. She hides it under the shake your ass stuff the way ICP hides theirs under the wicked shit.

I can't fuck with her music but her music isn't made for you or me. It's made for girls who are growing up in a sexist society and have to figure out where their value is. She's out there telling girls that it's cool to look your best and be into make up and looking good but that their brain comes first and that's damn respectable.
