Thanks to everybody who gave me such warm welcomes!! It means a lot to me.

To those who are confused about my gender, I was born a girl (that's to say that I'm a girl physically), but I don't really see why it should matter. My physical appearance just doesn't match up with how I feel about my gender. I just want to feel welcome in, & a part of, the Juggalo Family, regardless of what's in my pants. That's all.

Yeah, what you're describing is called "Lesbian". Im leaning towards plaid jacket and combat boots.

you have no idea what you're talking about. Gender identity and sexual orientation are two completely different things. Many transgender people are heterosexual. Many are gay or bisexual (or etc). There's no correlation between the two.

Gender is a varied and complicated thing and in many parts of the world there are three, four, or even five genders. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Third_gender https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Two-Spirit https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gender_variance https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Genderqueer

What Sam is talking about is that somedays they see themselves as a girl and others as a boy, and possibly others where they have no gender or a mix of the two. They are not talking about sexual attraction. Sexual attraction is all together different, as I said earlier. A genderqueer person might be attracted to men, women, both, other genders, etc. They might be attracted to people regardless of gender (bi or pan), or they might not feel sexual attraction (asexual). There's a whole variety of sexual orientations out there, not just gay.

Welcome to the shit show, kid!

Really no need to explain yourself ... but if it helps I'm a 32 year old lesbo stationed in southern CA.

So @neilanblomee is partially correct. I rock the combat boots at work but plaid is so fucking atrocious, I think my body would combust if I tried to wear it.

I'm Nonbinary/Gender Fluid, so sometimes I'm not sure if I should call myself a Juggalo or a Juggalette. I frequently feel like a girl, so I guess Juggalette is more accurate? I live in a pretty conservative home environment (I'm 27 but still live at home because I'm disabled to the point that it's really hard for me to take care of myself) that's not supportive of LGBT+ people at all, so I really don't fit in.

Say fucking what???locovomit

wtf is your problem? They're introducing themselves and telling us a bit about them. No reason to be a rude piece of shit. They found juggalos because they don't fit in and the first thing you do is vomit at them? Gee you're so good at this family shit.

waaah waaah waaah someone pointed out i was being an asshole

act like a piece of shit, get called a piece of shit. It's that easy.ya-righthammer

It's just helpful information that will help reduce your bigotry and help you discover a richer, wider, deeper understanding of your fellow juggalos. You know, nothing important.

That's hilarious.

Anyway, yes smack, there are people who identify as animals. I'm not really sure of the science behind it. This has nothing to do with transgender people as far as we can tell. Trans people exist because of a biological instance in their bodies. It seems like otherkin (people who identify as some kind of animal, alien, etc) are a cultural phenomena related to the here and now but there hasn't been a lot of academic study on the subject as far as I know.

Gender queer / fluid people often use singular they. It's sort of my default when i dont know their personal pronouns.

I still don't get it.

Instead of saying 'they' can I say 'it'.  There is only one hatchet harley so I don't like saying 'they'.

It can be pretty offensive as it dehumanizes people.

People use singular they all the time. Even Shakespeare used they to refer to a singular person.

Tidwell stop taking the bait. Whats wrong with a bigot sounding like a bigot. It makes them look like a bigot. Its like theyre insulting themselves. Idunno. This forum does not define juggalo. So if Harley gets scared and runs fuck it. Sift the shit out. Its obvious Harley will get love from some if not most of us. U know?

But yeah welcome Harley. I just got into all this shit acouple years ago if that means anything or if u got a question ur to shy adk or something. BE YOUR SELF! #scruffyilluminati

No it doesn't. Babies are called it before we know the gender. We even say 'who is it' when somebody knocks on our door because we don't know the gender yet. It is the perfect word. I wanna stick with that. It's less confusing. Or I could just put he/she. If you say it really fast it makes one word. Like heshe. Himer. Hisers. That last one sounds like Snoop Dogg.
