somethin stupid.  

gotta use the appropriate profile editor link, and i dont recall which is the good one for avatar swapping, cuz i only change my shit on halloween.  

its either the edit profile link at the top right corner of the page;  or you gotta do it through the ‘profile’ button thats in with the rest of the buttons under the dropdown menus, just above notifications, even with the pic.  [i believe it is the first link, but i could be rememberin wrong… only fuck with it once a year n all…]  

or…  there is also, of course, the profile editor that come up when you add ‘/edit/’ to your profile link.  

also, as i recall, once you got it set, it generally takes a while to show up properly.  

a lot of this stuff has been streamlined before, but with the last reset, were back to duct taping everything.  

how we ended up with three different profile editors is beyond me.
