Used to live in the MD/DC/VA area but moved 6 month's ago to a mountain in West Virginia in Canaan Valley. Nearest town has a population of 660. Oh you tough? Come survive a winter out here.population of 660?? holy fuck my high school had tripple that.

i go stay with my uncle occasionally he lives about a 6 hours drive out of perth in a town i cant pronounce the name of. population 12. yep 12. top that. town like that you cant sleep with anyone because within 24 hours EVERYONE in 'town' and 2 towns over knows about it.
he has to drive about 2 hours to buy any reasonable amount of food. needless to say he bulk buys evverything and goes food shopping once a month. i envy him ALOT. except they dont have the internet yet.
Yeah it's harder but only compared to having a McDonalds or Starbucks every half a mile. In retrospect I think people in highly populated areas are spoiled and easier for the government to control and manipulate. I can get down in the mountains or the cities though.

and death metal?? I would prefer the music if they took away the lyrics and were just instrumentals, I hate that fucking growling noise they make.
I seen Iron Maiden a few years ago and a group called Arch Enemy opened for them it was the worst music ever a hot blonde girl growling for an hour.
lol its basically a general store (with a post office) that sells a few absolutely ESSENTIAL items for ridiculous prices, a pub (yep they have a pub) and about 6 or 7 houses. my uncle lives about 2 kilometers away from 'town'.
i had a hardon for the lead singer of archenemy for years. but now apprently they replaced her with a skinnier hitter model. brb, going to jerk off.

We didn't have a plan, but my girlfriend's Uncle lived there. We stayed with him, and he told us of some good places. If you have shitty food in NY you really must not have been trying. (Not you, specifically) and I actually thought the food was reasonable everywhere we went, especially the pizza. The deli by the subway station was amazing, too. Then again, we were in Brooklyn, idk if that matters.
