XBOX 720 to ban use of used games

I just came across this article talking about how the upcoming “Xbox 720” will have always-on DRM protection and may block used games via one-time-use activations codes. How would you all feel about this?

Personally, with the patent filing of how the Kinect can block the use of “unlicensed people” watching a rented or purchased movie, I think I’m going to go ahead and get a Playstation 4 now. Microsoft is going in the wrong direction (on various products), and the Xbox was the only one I was happy with. Welp, I have rid my life of Windows, and soon the Xbox.

so what would happen if youi lost your copy of the game and you borrowed your homey's copy? the console would basically tell you to “FUCK OFF!”.

that wouldnt be a very wise decision to make if they were true

They would never do that, no one would buy the system and they would lose an insane amount of revenue. The PS4 isn't doing that, why would microsoft. The only way I could ever see used games going away is when games make the complete jump to digital download, which isn't gonna happen for a long time

It's not going to happen, they clarified that they wouldn't while describing how stupid of an idea that would be. If they were to do that they would lose the tons of money that they make off of used games being sold and bought all over again.

One question comes to mind about PS4,What could the PS4 possibly offer that the PS3 doesnt? A dualshock 4 controller? Better graphics? I mean weve pretty much gotten to the pinnacle of top notch graphics on game consoles,What does it have to offer,I have a PS3,I wont just run out and buy the PS4 cuz they say its better.And what will the retail price be?
