My step-grandpa moved to Canada a while back (he’s back, but he likes Canada better). Think he was in Quebec or something. But he said they have “decks” instead of “packs” of cigarettes (and there’s more cigarettes). And they got milk in bags. Different, but sounds cool. He says he wishes he stayed in Canada. 

Edit: I already mentioned the town with no cars in an earlier post. Only way to get there is train, unless it changed, he was there in like the 70s or something. He’s kinda old.
