I can’t do the sauerkraut thing for the most part. But if used as a condiment with kielbasa I am ok with it. It has to be just a small amount. It has to be fresh, not canned.

Sauerkraut is delicious with a nice bratwurst but I found out years back that there is no reason to buy a whole big jar. Mostly because I only eat a wurst or something similar like once a year. So, nice, but I would only get one at a county fair or something. Same with relish.
