recently on here ive seen people say blaze is lazy & in the past people have said tech n9ne over-saturates himself.. so what’s the best time to wait between each release??
personally i feel 1 project per year just isnt enough.. & thats pretty much what most juggalos are used to from psy/strange/rlp.. however in the mainstream it usually takes 2 to 3 years per project..

depends….for bands id say 2-3 years is ok between albums. for rappers 1 album a year or atleast 1 release a year whether ep, compilation, live album, etc……rappers mainly just do lyrics whereas bands write most of the music too so it takes a while….like korn used to release albums every 2 years in the beginning and it was fine. rappers need to stay more current also…

1 lp and 1 ep a year
This sounds about right.
Then I thought about it and came to this conclusion independently, but it was already stated so…

Or 1 lp and lots of touring. Side releases like singles, videos, or compilations are also good subsitutes for an ep. But def more than a single lp a year
Smart cookie this one is in this situation.

Id say one lp every two years with extra flavor in between. Im definitely no marketing expert but personally i get more hyped for albums that i hear about way in advance. Id rather get one album after two years of high quality goods than 1 lp and ep a year of half quality half mediocre like tech has been putting out lately.
I guess if you dont have a established fan base though youd wanna keep moving and throwing as much out as possible

1 LP one year, 1 EP the next year.yeah esham schooled it with that.. one of his many great blueprints..
I still thoroughly enjoy all of Tech’s releases. NONE of it seems like filler to me.
And no, Warlock, Esham rarely ever did that. Actually, I don’t think he ever even has.
