something like this could be feasible, IF its very carefully handled.

firstly, dont go rallying outside the hoover building, likely to end up with homeland security swarming in.  better to have it at the washington mall, like everyone else. 

be sure to get a permit or whatever, dont just pick a day and show up.  dc cops hate that shit, and theyd probably look for any and every excuse to shut it down.  my sister tells me getting these permits is time consuming, but not difficult [she used to work with norml and those cats.]  besides, you wouldnt want to end up competing with someone elses rally. 

make it clear that this is not juggalo party on the white house lawn [which would be fresh, just short-lived].  anybody shows up wasted is proving the other guys point.  and if the rally comes down to blasting psy music and throwing faygo at, well, anything, that wont help us.  the public has a bit of coulrophobia [fear of clowns] and thinks were scary looking as it is, so, try to super fuckin friendly.  dont curse too much, or ramble on about murder. 

all in all, though, this idea has some potential, and ill tell you why…  this sort of activism DOES sometimes work.  if we rally up [peacefully], and make a cogent, well-spoken argument for our rights, there will be some people out there who hear it, think about it, and make up their own mind, instead of going with the herd.  as long as no juggalos get their heads cracked, id love to see it happen.

not speaking for nikateen, im assuming the idea is to get us off that list.
