"Luckyyy"......In my Napoleon Dynamite voice.  GOSH.

A few days ago, I was alone on the budtender floor in the Rec. The window girl checked the gentleman's ID, and buzzed him in.

He was a middle aged white man, and they have to show you their ID again, for the budtender to double check them.

His name was "Robert Paddock". Nevada ID. Reno.

As I checked over his ID, we shared several glances. 

He knew that I was connecting the dots between him and Stephen.

His name, Robert, didn't completely connect. But I knew that he knew that I knew that he knew that I knew that he knew that I knew that he knew. Ya feel me?

In the end, I sold him some decent amount of cannabis product. I did not fear him. I empathised with him. Because anyone with that last name is going to be ostracized even if they're innocent.

Think about this: ANY Person named Paddock who claims legal residence in Nevada, even up in Reno, would raise an eyebrow lately. 

Much less a middle aged white dude, on the road in Colorado just a couple months after the shootings.

So yeah, another wild day.
