I’m going to compliment Sean Law. I think Sean is the kind of guy that would really respect my boundaries. Like if I was trying something new that was a little outside my comfort zone, Sean would let me go at my own pace and not try to push things faster than I wanted them to go, at least until the time was right. That is what I really like about Sean.

he is a real person.
i know that doesnt seem like effusive praise, but its actually one of the higher compliments that i pay people.
the idea is a ‘stand-up guy’ [or woman, i spose, if applied to a woman…], someone that thinks for themselves. knows what theyre about. possessed of skills, talents, knowledge; the things one needs to get along in the world. someone who knows what theyre doing. hard to explain.
basicly, someone who is worthy of more than just the basic respect any human being should get.
novocaine, you a real person.
i find that, in america at least, real people are kinda on the rare side. call it around 1 in 5.

Hmm, I was gonna compliment scruffy on his ability to compliment people.
But I’ll pay the compliment to OMD that if he’s got something to say, I know it’s gonna be worth listening to. And exactly like scruffy said about his very apt compliment to Novo, that may not sound like much but to my way of thinking that’s one of the higher compliments I can pay someone.

I wanna compliment Dr. Freshness on living really close to me but avoiding me despite the endless calling and emailing I bombard him with. Sure I have no idea what he looks like or even if hes the same Dr. Freshness as the one who lives in Tacoma Park, or the Dr. Freshness (no relation) that lives in Stafford but I stalk them equally in my free time to hopefully one day get the nerve to go up and make an introduction…Kudos on being elusive prey Dr. Freshness…

in a world where we are viewed as scum and drug addled retards, its always good to see a homie on the up and up.

oh and he got the ball rolling on smack rage quitting. thats a double plus.
im just gunna keep going, because im waiting on lunch and have nothing better todo.
I dont think ive spent much time talking to OMD, but he seems like the motherfucking man. even if his assessment on scruffys avatar was way off.. its clearly Ice T. he’s a down to earth dude and thats a rare quality.

Scruffy is…… well i wouldnt go so far as to say hero, but he is someone i look up to. yep, he’s a jerk alot of the time, but never unwarranted in my opinion. but he is the guy who made me sit up and think about making music again. when scruffy talks i pay close attention. he is very close to the top of the list of people i wanna buy a beer for. and not that cheap nasty american stuff.

props sir. . gotta have a “failure is not an option” perspective these days. Right now I am trying to use that thought to overcome this new yokel at my work who is trying to be the boss. I just fired one problem child, but this one happens to be “THE BOSS’S FRIEND”, which can cause many issues. Keeping my temper down has been working for me the past couple years, so perhaps its a favorable pattern to continue.
Scruffy is also a real ninja.
