Didn’t see a specific thread for forum suggestions (I tried the search feature, but that leaves a lot to be desired) so I made a new topic. Mods can move/compile into another thread if there is one more appropriate.

How hard would it be and would anyone here be interested in the ability to save a draft of your posts? Much like saving a draft of an email you are typing, but have not yet sent.

I went to a festival over these past few days and wanted to write up a review comparing/contrasting with the GOTJ. The post looks to be pretty lengthy and with my ADD + schedule, I can’t bang it out all at once. I found myself getting 10min in to typing and then having to close my browser and get some work done, therefore, losing all of what I just typed. It would have been great if I could have save my post to pick up on later at home.

What say yall ninjas? I know a lot write up some in depth concert reviews and what not.

Cool idea. Maybe Notepad or notepad apps could work, too (just copy/paste finished product, then post.)

That would work on the same computer. I use multiple computers throughout the course of a day and would have to save to a USB thumbdrive. That would be… not convenient at all…

An email or email draft could work on multiple computers.

we can see if that’s even an option for simplepress.  I like the idea though, but until it is, saving an email draft may be your best bet.  That, or create a file in dropbox/onedrive and modify it throughout your day until you finish the post.
