The fbi has been sued successfully a lot of times.True but the whole thing stinks of backroom dealings.
They knew if they took it to trial they’d get proven wrong
Same reason multi-national corporations just settle out of court every time an exec finger fucks his secretary or a few illegals get killed on their payroll. It’s easier to get out of court than win in court. Especially with the right pull or funds. It’s not backroom dealings, it is what it is. Can’t be too “backroom” if know nothings like you, me and joe everyman see it for what it is. Doesn’t mean it can’t be one. Just gotta be too obnoxious to ignore, which ICP is quite good at. As is the ACLU. It aint over yet.

This part here is the clincher: “Radical political / movements that have leftist politics are not receiving the focus that right wing type groups receive even though they are involved in terrorist and criminal acts throughout the U.S. and Canada”.
WTF do Juggalos have to do with *politics? As has been said by others, perhaps ICP’s lawsuit has made some kooks think that Juggalos are trying to change some law or another…? This seems to be going well beyond the kind of legality that Dee Snider and other heavy metal artists went to Congress to fight Tipper Gore over about the Parental Advisory stickers! Which will probably have the same result of almost quadrupling record sales of anything that had the sticker on it…
I think the confusion comes from the fact that a lot of people who go to ICP shows end up getting covered in Faygo, and it’s easy to confuse Faygo with radical socialist ideology. Just the other day, I was thirsty and I only had a buck, and I caught myself trying to drink a copy of Karl Marx’s Das Kapital.

Okay, I’m wrong. A soldier lost his hand, a little bit different, but they were still sued successfully. Okay.
Let me ask you something LTB. Be honest. It will hurt, but be honest here. Do you honestly see the Insane Clown Posse, ICP, winning a lawsuit against the FBI, no matter how right they may be? I think you know the answer is no. Admitting it is something different.

Yeah, I do see them winning. Because I refuse to buy into the idiotic notion that just because of who they are they cant win a legal battle. The kind of world we live in today won’t allow that. Yes ICP can beat the FBI. Your apathy is depressing.

No, we can’t abide by your wishes. Every thread gets derailed, welcome to FLH. Bringing serious shit here to be discussed in a mature matter is like trying to sell sex toys to the Mormon Tabernacle Choir. You won’t be successful, you’ll look stupid while doing it, and you really should just have known better in the first place.
absolute bullshit.

there is a F.B.I building in just about every major city right?
so what if we organized an occupy wall-street type of thing and just get the “1 million or so” juggalos to camp the fuck out on their lawns in PEACEFUL protest? i mean if the problem is we’re not being taken seriously maybe we need to show the world just how many people this shit is hurting, and what kind of people the majority of us really are…

maybe people would take juggalos more serious if they didn’t show up in Facepaint and throwing faygo on eachother in public, cussing and shit. save that for the shows. that’s what I imagine the protest being.
@ltb aren’t you going to bootcamp for the Marines soon? do you have any PSY tats? will you put it out there that you are a juggalo? if so, will you fear getting beat up and kicked out? being the Military and all
I'll fuck you till you love me, Faggot!

peaceful or no, that wouldnt be legal.
how would it not be leagal? isn’t it protected in the Constitution to organize and protest?

also, i took note of the quotes, but i still want to reiterate, for those who have trouble with math concepts:
there are nowhere near one million of us.
and i figured but that’s what they estimated our numbers to be so that’s what i used XD

on the fbis front lawn? no.
actually, ‘to organize and protest’ is not whats protected either, exactly.
have you read it? if not, you should. everyone should. today.
we hashed out this ‘occupy the feds’ idea in a thread a year or two ago. the conclusion was that it is basicly infeasible.
and i figured but that’s what they estimated our numbers to be so that’s what i used XD

which ‘they’, anyway?

while the military has been causing a little trouble for a few of its juggalo members, aint nobody gettin beaten up by anybody over it. trust me, servicemembers dont get down like that.
i havent heard of any specific case of being discharged for being a juggalo, but they have, on occasion, made it bluntly clear that it wouldnt be wise to stick around.
understand, though, that these servicemembers are almost always chronic fuckups. in the military, chronic fuckups are usually given a hard time. or else, very occasionally, promoted.

No sean law, I have no juggalo tats nor do I plan on ever getting one. Tattoos in general are a fuckin pain in the ass to get approved in the delayed entry program period. And no, I won’t broadcast that I’m a juggalo anymore in the military than i do now.

Im guessing thats a misspelling of soldier, I’ll never be a soldier. That’s army talk. The hope is to become a Marine, and my scheduled date to go to boot camp is March 16th, 2015. I’ll without a doubt be leaving much sooner than that, as soon as I lose 5 more pounds I’ll be at max weight for my height and thus eligible to leave whenever there is an opening for me to do so.

When attempting to derail a perfectly legitimate thread, I’d respect your effluence more if it sounded like this:
At least I’d learn some new vocabulary words…
So to continue, after reading the link provided by @krunkazphuk where they *completely get the history of Straight Edge and “direct action” (which is a ‘thing’ not an organization) confused with Sharps (the anti-skinheads) despite having Goths and Juggalos plastered in the preamble of the diatribe while not mentioning either goths OR juggalos once. It would seem that the person that needs the attention paid is this guy, Dale Yeager. In the linked “article” it keeps referencing a “Nelson, J” who is cited at the bottom as a detective from the Ogden, Utah Police from an interview CONDUCTED by Dale Yeager (back in 2006).
This should be disconcerting to people. The FBI report is just that. A report. These people are actively *creating content to disparage Juggalos (and others) and more than just some kind of religious group handing out tracts on the sidewalk, they are speaking directly to law enforcement while touting supposed credentials and educational degrees that unless someone did the work to look up, would have no reason to discount. So with that FBI crap up their sleeves and a list of colleges and military service to rattle off… Imagine if this kinda stuff turned up during a meeting of your local home owners association?
I’d keep an eye on these people. Seeds of doubt fer shure.
