I don’t understand how they can charge him if the woman consented to this? Like it didn’t hurt anyone but her and she ACTUALLY wanted it to happen. Why are we wasting taxpayer dollars on shit like this?

For sure a good lawyer would have taken this to trial and guy would have likely walked. Good lawyers cost big bucks though. Most people in these situations are not rich and are usually forced to take a shitty plea deal.

What is really on the fucked up side is Bloody Ruckus is being charged for “mayhem” and all he did was hold the camera! Damien Quinn posted on facebook that they are selling shot glasses to help raise money for him to get a lawyer. Yes the shot glasses do have a severed pinkie on it with “Pinkies up for Bloody Ruckus” …which is pretty awesome imo.
