@violentdope, eat 2 burgers for me homie, I can't eat anything good like that dude, i'm all on salads and chicken without the skin and shit. Fuckin all broiled and never fried and shit. You know what they brought me the other day for breakfast dude? Egg whites and turkey bacon. What a mind fuck huh? I totally thought it was gonna be real bacon until I bit into that shit. Out of respect for real bacon, I didn't even eat that shit homie, I threw that shit in the trash dude, fuck that noise. Good seeing ya back in action Pat, it sucks having to change a diet you like, but who wants to die before they really get started in life.

Fuck, I was over 300lbs before I was 13 and it sucked working that shit off. At 16 I started eating right and working out a bunch and dropped to 150lbs. I didn't like dropping that much weight though and packed on muscle to set me at 205lbs right now. Props to Pat and Dope for dropping some weight, just don't fucking forget you will always be a fat kid on the inside, that's why I got love for fam of all sizes. It's not the size of the ninja that matters, it's the size of the heart and soul in the ninja that means something. 

Slum strips are alright, but nothing beats a porterhouse of the grill with some fried potatoes imo.

Man in those days I could eat a taco bell 10 pack or a large pizza in one setting no problem. I once ate a 64 ounce prime rib with sides in under an hour and got it for free. I can still eat like that if I want to, I only indulge on that power once a month at max.

thanx man…ya i was 315lbs last year…now im down to 250lbs…still workin on losing another 50lbs and i should be straight…at 13 though damn that must have been a rough childhood…always be a fat kid …haha…i dont know how people can put A-1 sauce on a good steak…thats just wrong…you get a good steak you dont need any sauce on it….I was the same way dude at taco bell…I get the munchies and could put away a 10 pack no problem..dont eat there anymore..I found out by eating better that it makes you happy…bad food makes me lazy and tired and puts me in a shitty mood…when i eat right i feel so much better…
