seems more likely the 2002 ones were reprinted, for demand and novelty.
the various shit ive read about it is contradictory.
some say there never was a siamese version until 02. some say there were a very small number pressed as giveaways for tours. some say the first version was pulled from stores for being too offensive [virtually certain that one is false]. and some show mostasteless’ release date as 97, which is definitely before the release of the hoodie version.
earliest confirmed here, is still wonka in 99.

@scruffy, I bought a Siamese version at the Gathering, but did it knowing it was a repressed edition. My repress is PSY1019-L where the hoods version I have (Copyright 1998) is PSY1019. I know the Siamese version was the first version, but don’t know how much older it is than the hoodie version, or how many originals were pressed up. I never opened the Siamese version and don’t plan on it..even for the sake of curiosity. Maybe someone else here has it?

my Hoodie is PSY-1-019 (1998) and my Siamese is PSY-1019-L
looks like we have the same shit. My Siamese in still unopended, but from moving, it has a cracked case. so very pissed aboot that. Just peeped the booklet for the OG hoodie version, and brought back some fresh memories.
