Well, congress basically snuck something into a bill that says the federal govt can’t fuck with places where medical marijuana is legal. The Obama administration had already said that they wouldn’t have the DEA conduct raids, but this protects said states from future administrations.

They wont legalize it because there wouldn’t be our free slave labor class of non violent felons…Not to mention our for profit prisons would have to shut their doors…WHAT ABOUT THE PRISON GUARDS!!!! There simply aren’t enough gym teacher jobs to spread around…
