I hardly ever post on these forums.  I just wanted your opinion on net neutrality and if Trump reverses it.  I am assuming if it is reversed, that means people who post here could get probed by the FBI?  Why?  Because net neutrality provides privacy for what you do on the internet, if reversed the government will have access to what you search.  Since, juggalos are a defined as a “gang” that means if you come to Faygoluvers or any other juggalo site you could be a labeled a “gang member?”  I am assuming they can find out by using your ip address.  I hope this is not true and this is why I am asking what you all think.

I might be wrong because I’m not entirely read up on it but i don’t think net neutrality protects your search history. It’s more about corporations being able to create internet fastlanes, etc.

If you really believed that all lives matter we wouldn't need to say black lives matter

They already probe into your search history. Pay attention to the advertisements on your Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, etc. They keep trying to advertise based on your search history and what you post. And your phone even listens to what you say for that shit. Which never helps because they still get that shit wrong. Facebook AND youtube keep trying to advertise Prager University to me and it’s fucking stupid. I have no clue why they think I’d be interested. Those little videos are stupid as hell. It goes like this, “I used to be a liberal sheep that couldn’t think for them self. I started questioning things and they treated me like shit. So I became a conservative sheep that couldn’t think for them self in spite of the liberal sheep. So join PragerU, the conservative echo chamber disguised as ‘free thought’ meant to combat the liberal echo chambers.” Just because I shit on liberals doesn’t mean I’m a conservative. I shit on conservatives too dammit. They’re all stupid. Though, I do have to say that Mike Rowe has some cool things to say that weren’t politically biased drivel. Point being, I hate these Prager advertisements and miss when these intrusive ‘smart’ advertising techniques would advertise Asian singles.

https://seanmaloney.house.gov/media-center/press-releases/maloney-introduces-legislation-to-save-the-open-internet-block-fcc

Call your Representative and urge them to vote for Maloney’s bill if you want to protect the Net Neutrality regulations already in place.

I am all for getting rid of Net Neutrality.

Why? Because Donald Trump and Ajit Pai want to get rid of it. That’s all I need to know.

Actually, it is more about Free market internet for me. Internet should be subject to Libertarian Darwinism like all utilities. Survival of the fittess.

Here is the statement by Ajit Pai on why he wants to get rid of Net Neutrality. http://transition.fcc.gov/Dail…..4590A1.pdf

Oh yeah, almost forgot the other reasons I am against Net Neutrality … Fox News and Breitbart are against Net Neutrality.  http://www.breitbart.com/big-g…..eutrality/

Party above people! Tribalism! Drink the Kool-Aid people … It’s laced with those red pills. :P

PS: Vote #RoyMooreSenate ! … And #PizzaGate is Real!

For those who dont know what Net Neutrality is :

Net Neutrality is actually a set of policies that empower Internet users to use the Internet freely like broadband providers may not favor some internet traffic over other internet traffic in exchange for consideration of any kind.

its simply the providers lookin for new and innovative ways to screw each other over, which of course will be financed by all of them finding new and innovative ways to screw the customers over.  us, that is.

basicly, the point is for money to continue to flow into coffers that are already overflowing, but at an increased rate.

Net Neutrality was designed to regulate service providers (AT&T, Comcast, Verizon, etc.) while the content carriers (Google, Facebook, YouTube, etc.) are left unregulated to censor content at will. Sort of like regulating the water pipes but not caring what’s in the water. Sounds like something The Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse would appreciate as they poisoned the well. Should be interesting to see what type of Orwellian bots fly out of Zuckerberg in the months to come. The FCC has provided a public draft of their “Proposal to Restore Internet Freedom” here, so their intentions seem transparent:

Lmao of course! Platforms shouldn’t monitor content on their servers but isps should be able to dictate which platforms we have access to! That’s real freedom of speech!

Keep laughing, it burns calories, but the idea is as close to NO internet regulations as a free market can get (not regulations for just the delivery system.) Open your mind. Or not. I don’t need tech billionaires to chew my data for me. I’ll process it myself.

Still the bottom line is that Net Neutrality must end. Trump said so. I don’t care about arguments.

I only care about what furthers the new Republican agenda. And that IS a fact! Somewhere you must have missed my “Party above People” or maybe you thought I was being funny.

Trump2020! … Pence2024! … Pence2028! …  Barron2032!
(Yeah, I know he will still be too young according to the constitution as it currently is, but with the Republican SuperMajority after 2018, we can make constitutional amendments easily … plus we need a little autism in the Whitehouse to represent the Anon Autist Army. By then we will also control the Supreme Court for generations)

I would still think AT&T, Verizon, Comcast, ect., would report unusual behavior to the US government. I don’t trust big companies with what we would search.

@noah-fence , I don’t think anyone other than mods and admins have access to your email address here. I know, for me, using that privilege in any way would be an abuse of power. I believe that other mods would agree. Is there anywhere else online where your email is public? Has anyone else, such as the JuggaLGBT group, experienced this? If so, a case could be made for “targeted harassment”. While you may not have the means to pursue such a case yourself, there may be organizations out there that will do so on your behalf, especially if it targeted a group.

If you really feel that it is someone from here, I will assist in any way I can but I have no access to IP address logs from other sites. I can always try to request them but they would be under no requirement to divulge such information without a warrant. And when you are dealing with a Nazi propaganda site and the like, I doubt they would willingly just give up that information.

You may be right especially since many of those types of compaines have clauses in their contracts that enable them to use any information from your online activities in anyway they see fit. While I see the benefit of anonymity sometimes, I also understand from a network standpoint that there is no such thing.

So put on your little tinfoil hat for a sec… I think all online activity is monitored and stored for later retrieval. This is for future blackmail purposes when they need to control you. Takeaway from this? Don’t do anything online you would not wish to be made completely public.
