After all these years since Jerome Carson from Original Simken Heights was shot and killed, I finally found the name of J-Rome’s killer.

He was a “young buck” when he killed J-Rome.

Feb 25, 1997 – The charges stem from the Ingham County murder of Jerome Carson

Interesting to go to the prison to interview him and to talk to him about his upbringing, his memories of Lansing Hip Hop Pioneers and what led up to the events of him shooting and killing J-Rome!
