How crazy that a tiny paper in Minnesota has leaked this and no one from AP picked up on the significance? I Googled away this morning trying to find another reference to this but it is still under the radar. I would continue to speculate this could have been the aborted seminar announcement. Maybe it's not 100% final yet. I almost want to call the reporter and shake him down for his source.

If this is/was such a big deal then why didnt they say anything about it...............unless they want to keep using it as a promotion tool (which lets be honest is one of the main reason for suing them in the 1st place)

Y'all gotta understand that just because we been removed from the list doesn't mean it's all over. People go back and forth constantly in lawsuits. There might be more to it than just having our name removed from the list. Remember they're trying to help Juggalos that got kicked out of the army, or denied a job or harassed by the police and had stuff confiscated from them.
