In all seriousness I vote for v Ron for rookie of the year. She doesn’t post much but she’s cool as hell. Super kind. Never gets into bullshit on here. Smart. She’s been a juggalo for a long time but is new around here and I’d like to encourage her to post more.  

For juggalo of the year I vote for violent dope. He’s generous enough to pick me up on a way to a show. He had his give away contest up here. When my shirt ripped, he replaced it for me. He cares very deeply for the family and this community within the larger juggalo world. He’s also not one to get into pretty squabbles and bullshit. 

For mod of the year, definitely scruffy. Dude put up with a lot of bullshit this year and handled it better than I would have.  No nonsense attitude. Smart like a mother fucker. Fairly active for a mod.

don’t try and hype it up. facebook/twitter are single entities. your company basically a mod team for a handful of websites. 

your workplace sounds fantastic. ive read some interesting things on on companies like facebook and google. i suppose that mindgeek also has a childcare system aswell? yeah you know why companies do that right? its not that they care about you or think your a special little snow flake, its because they are encouraging you to spend MORE time at work, effectively working and putting more into the company than you get out of it. its a way to reduce cost and increase effciency, but sadly its only a short term solution. because in the ever changing world more and more people are trying to seek a work life balance rather than money.

what your company gives you is slowly but effectively going to burn people out. and they dont care.

get her a personal carer? or get her into a seniors home where they have the tools on site to make sure she is comfortable. i dunno. thats what id do. but then my backwater bumpkin town has some pretty awesome healthcare of its own.

Rookie of the Year: Sorry @Mr. Tidwell you don’t have to show up at the awards ceremony or make an acceptance speech but I don’t think you can opt out of the award.  If the forum says you’re Rookie of the Year, you’re Rookie of the Year, it would be pretty weak to give it to someone else under those circumstances.

Juggalo of the Year: There’s no obvious choice this year-lots of people you could make a good case for, including @violentdope for his off-the-forum deeds, @novocaine for on-the-forum deeds, @sean-law for doing all of us proud on the mic, and yes, @miklo-velka who is a legit Juggalo no doubt despite being a pain the ass (and a Canadian).  In the end I’ll cast my vote for @old-mr-dangerous – he’s not around all that often but when he does there’s no one whose posts I look forward to more, it’s like getting schooled by a real-life Juggalo Yoda.

I don’t even know what to say, except that’s some shine that is very much appreciated.  As I’ve said before, I’m new to the Juggalo world as of the last couple years and coming into it 100% on my own.  I don’t know any other Juggalos except for here and twitter, and outside of the ICP shows I’ve been to and the Gathering last year I’ve literally only actually seen a Juggalo once in real life.  So while in pretty much any other situation I would find myself in I give zero fucks what anyone thinks, I can admit that getting some shine from people like Novocaine and OMD really does mean something to me.  

Now please excuse me, my vagina is smelly and I need to douche.
