Most people say Nod and Narnia don’t count… Well, I think they should… I’ve never been to either one of those places… I’m from Wonderland… And I’ve never been farther Beyond than The Upside Down…
I’m curious because I am in Mandela right now… It’s the first time I’ve ever been out of The Zone at all… It’s pretty cool… I’m gathering footage for a travel blog which I will eventually post on my youtube channel after I get home and get everything sorted…
Where have any of you ever gone, and what were the experiences like, good AND bad?

From your thread title and your post, I am assuming you are not referring to physical travel.
While I have only experienced what you seem to be talking about under various chemical influences, I do believe it’s possible to experience the “interdimensional” through natural meditation and such. For me, “interdimensional travel” is “inter”. It is focusing your thoughts inwards as opposed to “extradimensional travels” which is focusing outwards. It can be difficulty to describe the experience since the nature of the experience of focusing inwards leaves the realm of the “specific”, which words require in order to best portray the thoughts. “Inter-” looks upon itself – not from outside looking in, but from the center of consciousness perceiving itself as is. In my experience, it perceives itself everywhere, shows everything is within it as it is within everything, and it is shared – not isolated. “Extra-” looks outside itself and perceives the opposite. It sees everything separate and the more “extra-” you allow your thoughts to follow, the more distinct, separate, different, unique, distant, etc. all things seem to present themselves. Language seems to be better suited to describe these “extra-” experiences.
In “intra-“, you travel nowhere really, yet your consciousness extends everywhere or maybe it recognizes that it has always been everywhere. In “extra-“, I think you still physically travel nowhere, but your consciousness separates into thoughts of different things and different places. Maybe it is possible to actually “travel” to these places but the idea I entertain is that all these places and things are all within yourself. They are within your thoughts.
So, of course, my disclaimer … Just my thoughts on the subject and my attempts to describe things that may ultimately be indescribable. I am not an expert on the subject and I could be completely wrong.
…
P.S. : Questions –
When you “leave” Wonderland, do you ever really leave?
If you do leave, do you ever fully come back to Wonderland or do you bring back some of your newly explored “dimensions”, forever altering your Wonderland?
If you don’t really leave, are you just expanding your “dimensional” field of view and just perceiving more of Wonderland but calling it by another name?
If that is true, would that make Wonderland equivalent to everything you could possibly perceive and that your “location” in Wonderland is based on the extent of your ability to perceive more “dimensions” of Wonderland?

So… as for part one, I hate to drop the kayfabe, but I was riffing KNOTHEAD‘s International Travel thread. I saw an opportunity to mix my weirdness into the forum and took it. Though I do appreciate your disclaimer, I will do what I can to answer honestly from my experience.
Drugs are not required, so you should just give me all of your drugs. You don’t need them where I’m going.
1. Q: When you “leave” Wonderland, do you ever really leave?
A: All lands are filled with Wonder, so no… you never truly leave Wonderland, you just Wander to another Wonder.
2. Q:If you do leave, do you ever fully come back to Wonderland or do you bring back some of your newly explored “dimensions”, forever altering your Wonderland?
A: As previously established, these Travels involve the mystery of Wandering the Wonders, always Wondering where you’ll Wander. Whether you truly leave or not, you do bring back souvenirs. I got some dank from Hastur, and now people keep finding the Yellow Sign.
3. Q: If you don’t really leave, are you just expanding your “dimensional” field of view and just perceiving more of Wonderland but calling it by another name?
A: I hate answering a question with another question, but when you sail to another country… at what point does the water cease to be home, and continue into interdimensional waters? Perception is a horrible trick that plagues humanity, and if there is a Here then there must be a Beyond.
4. Q: If that is true, would that make Wonderland equivalent to everything you could possibly perceive and that your “location” in Wonderland is based on the extent of your ability to perceive more “dimensions” of Wonderland?
A: No matter the name it is recognized by, Wonderland, as well as the shards and reflections of Wonder… are simply a reflection of the all. Flip the mirror over, and you still still have a mirror homie… just Upside Down.

Funny story about narnia…a few of my friends and i used to dial random phone numbers and only whisper “narnia”.So if you got a random call in the middle of the night whispering narnia, it was me!
True story… when I was like, 11 or 12 I learned the joys of prank phone calls. I was in Los Angeles, and the phone book was massive compared to the dinky little villages I usually chill in. So, like any child with a great idea, I flipped that shit open to a random page and started dialing.
First call, I got an answering machine. Score! Unsure what I should say, no great wisdom yet accumulated, I did what anybody in my shoes would and quoted a movie. The Sixth Sense, of course. You all know the line. “I see dead people…”
about 15 minutes later my phone rings. I rush to unhook and hang it back up before it can wake my dad, because it was like 1 in the morning on a school night. No louder sound have I ever heard, than that phone ringing in my dad’s tiny little 1-bedroom k-town apartment. But I hung right up on that bitch.
Moments later, he calls again. And again. This repeats a few times. Dad gets up. “Who the fuck is calling you at 1 in the fucking morning, and what the fuck did you do?”
Well, dad answered the phone and talked to the guy. I’m officially busted like ass. He tells me that there’s a cop on the phone looking for me. Turns out, the guy I called was an officer trying to get some sleep before his next day started (at least, he said he was). He chewed me out so hard over the phone, dad didn’t even bother expanding on why it’s a stupid idea to call up strange phone numbers leaving messages about dead bodies.
I ain’t traveled to that thought in decades.
