My best guess is that he means anxiety. Maybe the baby talk is intentional? What with the diaper gimmick and all. 

I figured anxiety but i didnt think about baby talk. I really dont like kids till they are around 6 years old and i dont have any so that type of stuff never comes to mind. Thanx homie for the perception enlightenment, thats y we could take over the world if we worked together, instead of being divided by egos and the belief that we r always rite and whut any1 else says is wrong.

This is the newest incarnation of a recurring theme for Mr. James.  He attempts to reinvent himself online periodically, most likely for a combo of shock value (the last one was a quasi furry shtick which fell flat bc no one found that abrasive or whatever he was trying for.  They are all online only personas which are infantile to be sure…but he is also a tiny bit aspburgerish so that is another reason he spelling and word structure are off.  Giving him no play makes him disappear again…it has happened before and it will happen again.
