There will have to be a few atrocities at first. Can't make an omelette without breaking a few eggs. As soon as the chips are planted people will be submissive. It's nice to see positivity on here for once. Money, Money, Money buy out the various world leaders after various wars. Create a world cult and milk the members of billions. Then create the Outer Heaven idea. A faculty used for creating disturbances in countries. And keep them going until the leader of said country allows me too take control. Then create peace.
