okay so there is probably a stupidly easy fix to this problem and i feel this would be a good problem for someone like @psyral-infection to school me on, but i’m about as handy with a computer as your grandma…
i like to play this game “Realm of the mad god” and lately it has been so slow and laggy that it is unplayable, i had this problem when i first started playing, and was able to fix it by downloading a different kind of adobe flash and disabling the one that comes standard on chrome (apparently the one that comes with chrome sucks). so i go to the chrome://plugins and see that i yet again only have the chrome standard flash again (i don’t know if chrome updated or what)
C:/Program Files (x86)\Google\Chrome\Application\42.0.2311.90\PepperFlash\pepflashplayer.dll
PPAPI (out-of-process)
no problem right? i just download flash again and fix it. but i can’t seem to get a different flash player and it’s really pissing me off. i go to the adobe site and it says i already have it and when i download and install it doesn’t give me a second opinion the plugins page.
i need help… i’m starting to have withdrawal symptoms…

If you’re using Steam this seems to have fixed it.
P.S. there may be links in the comment section for new instructions for the latest versions of the game that tell you to do differently.

I would try manually uninstalling Flash then, for completeness, restart your computer. Then install the most recent version of Flash.

This. Usually something as stupid as an uninstall/reinstall will fix things, with nothing done differently.

hey psy thanks for the response,
well i tried the re-install… and it installed the same flash, but i went and attempted to play and it’s still the same laggy bullshit :/ i don’t understand computers, but is there a different flash player i can use? like just not use adobe? or do ya think a different browser would help? i’ve read its because chrome has a fucked up flash attached to it and maybe that’s the only one it will use now?
(and my friend wants me to spend $600+ on a “gameing computer”… crack head.)

Maybe disabling the chrome version or trying it on the most recent version of another browser like IE or firefox. IE 11 also has flash built in too.

so i got the latest of explorer and it’s working fine… i guess chrome is just fucked XD thanks for the help man i apreciate the effort
