whaddup fellow juggalos/juggalettes, I’m writing a paper for my class on why people like this type of music and what events lead up to the classification of ICP as a gang. if any of you guys have personal stories of how you got into ICP or any conflict with the government, I’d love to hear about it. I got into the music back in high school like 97/98…it was around the time the great milenko album dropped. I was downloading a variety of songs off of napster and one was “Hocus Pocus” and the other was “Halls of Illusions”. I have a bit of a random/dark sense of humour. For example- I think “Welcome to Nightvale” is fukkin hilarious! Personally, I’ve never had any issues w/ cops or anyone. But then again, I kind of keep to myself. My mom suffers from anxiety/minor paranoia, so she always tried to keep me isolated, kept me outta trouble, but I struggled to make/keep friends. So the music was really my only companion. Just hearing J and Shaggs talk about the juggalos, how we’re a family, lets me know I’m not alone.
