If you mean dangling as in the clasp or bail whatever u call it is not the original it was taken from another chain now the hole on the charm itself that connects to that obviously does not move and i did notice that the gold ones were hollow on the back but couldnt find out if this one was maybe the 2nd ones were flat kind on the back

ahh i got you on the bail. good job getting it back to a wearable state. The fixed bails were notoriously weak and broke easy.
yes. the first gen looked the same on the back as the gold ones so it is a safe bet to say that the one you posted 100% is not an OG diamond cut charm sadly. Again, i dont know about the 2nd DC release they did (i wanna say around 09??)
but its one of the better ones Ive seen so theres that going for it

by now, theres probably at least three times as many knockoff charms out there, as ‘officials’. at least.i dont see how any of it matters. all that matters is whether or not you wanna wear it.
Well ya of course im gonna wear it hahaha i have seen some piss poor fakes and this one looks decent honestly it probably is not a 2nd gen version due to the fact it has no stamps anywhere on it

i would put money on that being true. And the funny thing is SOME of the knockoffs look better than the official charms
I think think that the first gen DC looked (and felt) the best but you know what they say about opinions

aha so in reality it prob is a 2nd gen which is still kinda awesome so the bail on the 1st gen didnt move or come off ? And because it is flat on the back with the dimples it could be the 2nd or because of that it all together is a unofficial hatchetman charm
it could be a true 2nd gen diamond cut. I havent seen one in person so i cant say for sure
on the bail yes it was non moveable. this is the 2003 re-release of the gold DC which apparently also had a fixed bail. as you can see its welded on. The first gen would have diamond cut on the bail itself, and a dimpled back where this 03 release has a smooth back and smooth bail
its sad that i know all this…..

shit well dont you think the 2nd gen had stamps on it cause the one i have doesnt have shit for stamps or markings still a nice knockoff of a badass charm i guess! any idea on price value for a 2nd gen?
any official charm i saw up until 2003 did have a stamp. now as i said there was a diamond cut with a movable bail, but ive never seen one to know how it looked
i know ive been offered 500 bucks for my first gen, 2nd gen dont have a clue

Yeah I knew the first gens were up there but to be honest i really doubt i have a 2nd gen and if i do its probably not worth a whole lot i really feel like when they made the 2nd it def had a stamp somewhere on it lol ethier way i dont really care cause i like it and i still rock that shit regardless lol
