It kind of is a huge factor. Ghetto black people don’t get shot and killed out here like that. In fact, Utah police, despite not being a problem in the first place, have actually started training officers how to handle situations better.

I have a friend who is black and a supposed gang member who was calmly arrested after pulling a gun on an adolescent threatening to kill them. He was locked up for a little over a week and was let loose to continue feeding 13 year old girls ecstasy and fucking them. And I know him. He gets loud and angry all he time. Point being, he didn’t get killed because he was in Utah where racial tension doesn’t exist like that. Surprisingly, knowing Mormon history.

Actually, it’s about a lot of different things. It’s about race. It’s about poverty. It’s about shitty police training. It’s about location. Places like Ferguson are filled with corrupt police who are terribly trained and told to fear, hate and target impoverished black people. If you are not willing to look at the big picture and just want to shout “RACISM RACISM” then you will never fix anything.
