i cant wrap my head around the ‘genuine fear’ part at all.
whats to be afraid of?
i see someone chargin at me, armed or not, while wearing an outift that is completely inappropriate for hand-to-hand combat, im thinkin, ‘oh, im bout to thoroughly kick some ass.’
if theyre just standing still, so much less the threat.
for a reasonably heathly grown human, unless they break out a firearm and start discharging it in your direction [now thats scary], there aint much to worry about.

from what i understand, thats a contradiction in terms.
figure about five out of six of these things are fake.
i mean, theyre all fake, of course… im sayin most of em, the ‘victim’ is in on it. or the report is entirely falsified.
and its becoming trendy. dumbass kids are gonna try it themselves, cuz the last fad is so played out now.
i would say that the media is dumb for even talkin bout em. but it aint true.

The store I work at has a Halloween section and clown costumes and mask are the number one seller so far so expect more of these idiots running around
