I don’t have too many oppinions on the beef thats been going on, but dropping Lyte off of probably the biggest opportunity of his life has got me… nobodies probably talking about it, but as I grew up the Juggalos I met largely came to terms with life thanks to the bond that was created due to the Carnival and such… people who chose not to kill them selves thanks to the relationships they developed with the artists and juggalos… when this beef started the very fabric of those people mental stability started to fall apart, picking sides got a lot of those people fucked up… the arguments… the loss of friends who have been their support, whether it be from mental health, drug addiction, or just the flat fact they they had no one else…

The real question here is how many people fell off in a bad way due to this beef… I’ve known people who have lost most of there friends, their sober support system, and even died over the way people have changed over this… and any further beef in my opinion is just the promotion of Genocide…

That’s stupid.

In my humble opinion if the beef of two rap groups is tearing friends or even this culture apart then perhaps it’s time to reevaluate your life and this culture.

In a lot if aspects it is stupid, but in the same way that juggalos being a gang is stupid… it shouldn’t be that way, but the fact is that it is that way. I know people on opposite labels street teams who stopped being friends over it… I don’t even know what a “fam kid” is, but people I know have been falling out over it, roommates getting evicted cause they were wearing a “twizzler” shirt.

And that being said, I know a lot of people born with defects, drug babies, or born into the system. These are a large majority of the people I’ve seen affected by this, people who have had literally nothing until they met juggalos.

Your post made me remember the scene from The Walking Dead where Beth has to decide on her own if she wants to commit suicide or commit to survival. Psy gave me a touchstone when I rejected a toxic world & was rejected by a toxic world, and it helped me come to terms with the inevitable cruelty & beef that exists (as well as the beauty & worth). Whether good ideas are called Psy, MNE, or whatever the fuck, I’ve decided the PLATINUM rule is don’t be an asshole, especially to yourself, and this dirtball can be the bomb. May we
