He then goes on to say Chuck was tight with Sigler years ago and Chuck knew about the case up to last year, but did nothing and is only attacking Sigler now because of Chuck allegedly being resentful by not getting work (freelance or not) with Psychopatic. In essense, he accuses Chuck of being a hypocrite and turning on someone for petty business reasons.

So what convinced Chuck that Sigler was guilty and when was he convinced? A time line needs to be constructed and explained because CPN seems to  say Chuck knew as much about the case as Chuck knows now. As in way back then, Chuck already knew this kind of stuff that he only recently made a video of last month.

Getting back to brass tacks. If Chuck heard about the accusations, why would he still be tight with Sigler in those days as CPN puts it? What changed and why? Did Chuck think they were bullshit and why? When did Chuck change his views and why? Is this flip flop just convenient timing as CPN would imply? What, if anything, is CPN missing from the picture that could perhaps render his suspicious pointless?

CPN has a point about why would Chcuk attack Violent J for gay jokes in the 6ft7ft video, but excuse it with G-MO and bring up Ice Cube and say gay jokes are a part of hip hop? This does seem like a double standard.

CPN still doesn’t buy the gun to the head thing. His explanation about how Sigler may have been put in a tough situation with an unfair Ohio law saying a man not knowing a girl lied about age doesn’t COUNT and forced to take a plea deal seems correct and is one of many explanation as to why OTHER innocent people in this world take plea deals. They don’t trust the system to acquit them when they deserve it.

If Chuck said that, then CPN has a point about how can one possibly not be against that if one claims to be against the type of shit that Sigler does? Basically CPN is saying you can’t get upset about it in one video, and then excuse it in another.

CPN plays a Chuck clip with Chuck saying in response to his livechat at the time, “Well of course Tech’s gonna say that now because he’s afraid CPN will turn on him again.” What. Tech is is going to lie? Come on, man. Tech9 is Tech9. He’s a rough and real motherfucker. He has no reason to be fake with anybody. It’s not his style. CPN is a mild youtuber and Tech has millions of fans. This sounds like a silly argument to cover up for Chuck’s mistake that Tech reamed out CPN. Chuck appears to have “thrown Tech under the bus” as CPN put it.

CPN plays a Chuck clip saying Chuck was supposed to talk to Tech on Worcester on Saturday. And Chuck has claimed Tech wanted to talk to nobody because Tech was upset at CPN not hitting record. This lack of competent journalism soured Tech on talking to basically anyone for a while. CPN says he knows it’s a lie. Because otherwise Chuck would have known the record button didn’t get hit before he tried to talk to Tech.

CPN has one mistake. He seems to assume that Chuck’s boys would have told Chuck this news BEFORE he attempted to talk to Tech. Well that’s not true. It is entirely possible that Chuck found out about Tech not wanting to talk to anybody because CPN didn’t hit record AFTER Chuck tied to meet Tech. Like maybe 12 hours later, someone emailed you and told you about Tech’s anger? CPN is wrong to exclude this possiblity about Chuck finding out about Tech’s anger and reason for the anger, AFTER Chuck almost meeting with him in Worchester Saturday night. It doesn’t have to be that you would have found out BEFORE that Saturday. This all depends on how Chuck worded it of course. I can’t remember. The point is, CPN says Chuck only found out about him not hitting record when he admitted so on youtube. Well,  CPN is right, or CPN is wrong on this point. 

I wonder if Chuck can/will clarify all this shit and answer all these questions. He did seem loathe to want to have any future dealing with CPN. But nothing is impossible. Will there be a new solo broadcast or will Chuck get in the ring with CPN on youtube one more time and answer his questions?
