CPN also says, “Maybe Will Sigler would like to get in on a countersuit” since CPN has actually shown (and I backed him up on this) that there was no proof attested to in any court document that Sigler received oral sex while pointing a gun to a girl’s head. So Chuck has also opened himself up to a defamation lawsuit. CPN does have a point there. Oh snap. At 1 hour 14 minutes CPN says, Chuck you wanna sue for income loss due to my alleged lie? You have to prove in court you lost money. Did you pay taxes on all your shows or did you take money under the table? And if you did, do you really wanna expose that in court, Chuck? Interesting point CPN. Let’s see if Chuck responds to this at all. If there is no lawsuit from Chuck, that could mean Chuck watched CPN’s stream, and took the threat of a countersuit seriously enough to back off.

At 1 hour 17 minutes, CPN says Chuck, when he went into the paypal to refute Maximum Overlod’s claim of Chuck getting 2500 dollars from him, Chuck not only broke federal law exposing Max’s address to the world that was needed and to be used only for a business transaction (t shirt sale), but according to CPN, Chuck repeated verbally the address. It was during Chuck’s livestream response to the CPN/Max interview. I don’t recall that. I will have to watch Chuck’s live response video again. But I do know I contacted him and suggested he block out the address on the screen. He told me he did edit it out.

Maximum Overlod is Brandon Sanders and he lives in California. Chuck Reeves says there was a Brandon Sanders in Orange County, California who was charged with child trafficking. He is correct to some extent. It was HUMAN TRAFFICKING. The victim in question was a teenager. Not a child.

Is it the same guy or not? That’s all Chuck Reeves wanted to know when at 26 minutes and 18 seconds in his reaction to the CPN/Max livestream he asked, “Are you the accused child trafficker?” That’s a question and not a statement so CPN or Max would need to find Chuck making a definite declaration that Max is this particular Brandon Sanders before they can claim that Chuck is liable for slander against maximum overlod.

Also where is CPN’s proof that Chuck never spoke to the Jokerr? Chuck claims he spoke to the Jokerr twice on the phone about Brandon (Max). And Chuck claims he has emails of an exchange between him and the Jokerr.
