Police: Burglary funded concert trip

Authorities say a desire to buy tickets for a Tim McGraw concert prompted two East Central Indiana men to break into a Hartford City garage.

Brandon L. Trayler, 21, 712 N. Eastwood Ave., Muncie, and Todd M. Miller, 21, 812 S. Pearl St., Hartford City, are charged with burglary, a Class C felony carrying a standard four-year prison term, and theft, a Class D felony with 18-month sentence.

The men are accused of entering a Hartford City resident’s garage on May 28 and taking copper wire, which was then sold at a recycling facility.

According to police reports, the resulting cash was used to purchase tickets to McGraw’s May 30 concert at Klipsch Music Center near Noblesville,In
