I have google news alerts for ICP and Juggalo that I read religiously and those turn up some interesting things you guys don’t always find, I see other stuff on twitter sometimes also.  I’m also mostly interest more in stories of Juggalos appearing in the news for various reasons, rather than the more music-related stuff that seems like it’s more of interest to you guys.  I’d also be up for things like book/movie/tv reviews that have juggalo material in them etc.  I’m not a great writer but I’m pretty good, certain better than my hastier manner on the forum probably makes me seem  Let me know what you think, I’ll also totally understand if you dont see me as a good fit for whatever reason. Thanks!

sound good to me.  back when ‘juggalospotting’ was more of a thing, i suggested that a sub-section be created for it, cuz there were mad headlines on the news page about ‘juggalo seen walkin around in the background during an episode of hoarders’, n shits like that. 

also proposed similar ideas for births and recent passings.  i got zero problem with stories like these;  i like em.  but when you get a string of several in a row, some ninjas start gripin about how thats ‘not news’.  i say bullshit, but it is a fair complaint.

this actually illustrates one of the main reasons why i didnt wanna do news contributions:  guys like drfreshness will beat me to the punch almost every time. 

for the knowledge of the rest of the forum…  i did, for a hot minute, consider joining the journalistic side of the site.  i said sumn to scottie along the lines of not really bein able to write any articles aside from editorials, and scottie pointed out that flh already has an editorial section thats not gettin a lot of use. 

but then, i thought about how divisive my opinions can be when im just babblin em out here.  cant imagine how people would react if they were posted up as an editorial article. 

besides, most of the rants i could give [that would make good articles], are rants ive already posted up somewhere in the forum.  anybody cares can look em up anytime they want. 

in short,

We’d LOVE to have some other contributors to the site…news and otherwise. Let me know if you’re serious and we can get you setup.
