Hello all. For more than a year now I have been feeling exhausted all the time even after waking up from a 9 hour sleep. I lost enthusiasm to work out and go to work. Coffee, sleeping and exercising didn’t help. Any supplement you know that is good for taking to help improve my condition? Please let me know Thanks

I finally went for the sleep tests and was prescribed a Bipap machine. Saved my life. I’m a lot more clear headed in the day, and I’m certain that from all the oxygen loss during slumber, there was some significant brain damage being done. Lyme disease also gives me chronic fatigue, but I have PTSD and night terrors sometimes so I simultaneously have sleep issues.

But the bipap machine is enough to keep me together. If I didn’t drink so much beer then I’d be super healthy. But ah well -cracks imaginary beer-

Not saying any of these other answers arent relevant, lime disease, herpes, fukitol, gonrorrhea, aids. But im in agreeance with @bayAreaShaman in that it is very possibly depression, and its a serious thing. Just not seeing that a dr is the right path. Ive been going thru this for a short time and my gyst is i have to figure it out on my own. For the past 2+ years ive been seeing a psychiatrist and a psychologist. One i vent to and the other prescribes drugs. Drugs where the effects are something that i feel i should be able to pull myself out of alone. If you feel the answer is bodily harm upon yourself, seek help. If you feel you can overcome it on your own, you may be better off going that route and youll feel stronger in the end.

Its good to feel that people have your back, which is why i check this place out frequently. But if the right answers dont come at the right time then its on you to figure it out. The people here are good people, the oddball answers may make you smile, and no answer makes you think on it. Youll find the same oddball answers here as a psychiatrist. Mine told me to meditate, find a hobby, dont drive the car off the road, sleep more, exercise more, stop drinking, no recreational drugs, stop being human, try my method, and maybe youll be a “normal/functional” member of society…

Fuck all that! Never been into drugs, pills, or Drs. Ive changed everything! Contrary to the name i drink once a week (saturdays), stopped drinking caffeinated soda, and started taking naps after work. Drinking leads to further depression and suicidal thoughts, sugar/carbonated soda leads to sleeplessness and higher anxiety. Everything ive done before seems to lead to something negative, but changing everything doesnt change that spot in your head. Changed everything and still leading to the same answers, “im fucked”. Coming here is a good start, stick around, keep us posted buddy. Thoughts, prayers, and good vibes towards you. If you find the right answer, im sure there are others than can use your hardship and knowledge.

Yeah bitches, im that short gentleman mentioned in that youtube video.

And the very nice, level headed guy from that other youtube video.

Switch up your diet and see if that helps.  You’d be surprised how much of a difference that makes.  At least it did for me.

You could have Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. Fish oils with omega 3 supplements could be helpful in your case. Try increasing fish in your diet or search for a supplement containing omega 3,6,9. Cavsor has a good omega 3:6:9 ratio. You could give it a shot
