Out of state residents (21+) can come to CO and buy in retail shops starting in January of next year. They will be limited to 1/4 oz per buy.

Colorado residency is required to get a red card. Recreational use is legal, but until 1/1/2014 there is no retail system in place to buy. It’s not hard to find here, but unfortunately you just kind of have to sniff it out right now. Estes Park is a touristy town for sure, this time of year more visitors than locals. You shouldn’t have a hard time. I don’t know if it’s your first time there but it’s a great spot, incredibly scenic.

I would imagine the average street price of 1/8th in that area would be about $30 because it is a little touristy. Estes Park has no dispensaries in town per a municipal code. It’s kind of a “family friendly” area for sure… But like I said you have to live in Colorado to use the dispensaries here anyways. That all said I highly doubt cannabis is all that hard to find there. I hope this helps. No matter what your going to have fun there, it’s really nice.
